Frank Serino

SERINO, Francis Edward Frank lost his fight with ALS November 14, 2018. Frank Serino was born in Bad Steben, Germany on August 5, 1946. He grew up in Summit, New Jersey and graduated from Summit High School in 1964. After graduation, he served in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War where he served in the Bay of Tonkin on the SS O'Brien. Frank then went on to graduate college from Kean University in Union, New Jersey. In 2006, Frank reconnected with his first love from junior high school, Pamela Theophilos Server. After spending most of his life in New Jersey, Frank moved to Canton, Georgia in 2006 to enjoy the rest of his life with Pam. Frank was a member of Woodmont Golf and Country Club. He also was an avid poker player. Frank is predeceased by his mother, Mona Kurschus Serino, and his father, Eugene. Frank is survived by his long time partner, Pamela Theophilos Server along with her three children and three grandchildren, his brother, Edward Serino, and nephews Bryan and Michael. I first met Frank in the second grade at Jefferson School. We were best friends all through school . I talked him into joining the Navy after I did. He was at my wedding to my first wife.He is going to be greatly missed.My sincerest condolences to Pam.

I knew Frank throughout JR and High School.  Nice Guy, Fellow Vietnam Veteran. Never had a bad word with him.  R.I.P.     Terry
