Gary and I were married August 19, 1967. During Gary's working career, his job took us to Hamilton, O., Detroit Mich., and Philadelphia, Pa., and I was lucky to stay home raising our two daughters. After they left for college, I developed an interest in floral design. I enjoy participating in the Philadelphia Flower Show and arranging flowers for St. Peter's Church in the Great Valley. In addition I am involved with maintaining and preserving a local one room historical schoolhouse, The Diamond Rock School. My great pleasure is my role as grandmother to our three grandchildren Anna (9), Harrison (7), and Hutch (7) who live nearby.

When I read the notice of Mike Vernotico, I was shocked and saddened. Our world is a bit lonely without him. I am fortunate to have known Mike from Summit High years and through the class reunions until the 55th. He was always the same kind, thoughtful, genuine, dependable, funny, wise, humble, generous, caring man. The reflections and comments from our classmates have been a source of shared comfort.

Susie, I have been thinking about you since you posted your sad news. I remember you and your husband at our 25th reunion. You seemed very happy. I wish you could have been together forever and ever. Susy
